Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipment.

Once your package has been accepted by Canada Post, Connexx is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Canada Post directly to open an investigation.

Canada Post is our preferred shipping carrier. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Fridays, weekends, or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure that you enter a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to Connexx, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

If a returned package must be reshipped, an invoice will be issued for the additional shipping costs. If the customer chooses not to pay the reshipping charges, a refund will be issued less the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees incurred.
